Pre-Procedure Care:
- Avoid sun exposure 2 weeks prior to treatment
- Avoid tanning beds / self tanner
- Wear Loose fitting clothing day of your appointment
- Shave area completely 24 Hours prior to treatment
- No oral Accutane for 6 months prior
- No photosensitizing medications ( ask your provider)
- Avoid plucking or waxing 4-6 weeks prior

Post-Procedure Care:
- Avoid sun exposure for 72hrs
- Avoid hot showers, steam rooms, or Jacuzzi tubs
- Avoid tight clothing
- Stay moisturized to avoid ingrown hairs
- Use gentle scrub or exfoliator a week after treatment to avoid ingrown hairs
- Avoid shaving, exercise , and swimming for 72Hrs post treatment
- A histamine reaction can occur after Laser Hair Removal , you can use a anti-histamine cream (Benadryl) to ease feelings of itching.
